lol .. i did housework for the whole day ... wash curtains hang curtains ... wipe wall... clean table chair tv bla bla bla .... litearlly 1 whole day ... well... watch hsm and s.h.e concert while i was doing ... and time flyies .... i ate 3 bananas today =.=''' 300 calories!!! blehs ....
chicken bought by ah kong ... ( paternal side de .. ) damn delicios for dinner can... barbeque wan .. so not so bad ... at 8 i went gym... cycle ... and do my routine ... cycle itself burt 415 colories la.. not too bad ahha ...
