today is the first day i carried out my weight loss programme ... quite ok for a start ... hit the gym for 3 hrs... warmups... then started lo...
1. 3 sets of 9 chin ups
2. 3 sets of bent barbell rows * 10
3. 3 sets of concentrated dumbbell curls * 8
4. 3 sets of straight barbell curls * 10
then squats lunges leg curls.... followed by 20 mins cycling... urgghh... leg softness....
now for lunch... headache... dunno wad to eat... hungry hungry....
it will take a lot of determination doing this ....
maths and econs will follow later in he day .... ppl who look down on me... this will prove u wrong ... yaya.. u noe who u are...
and pl who stood behind me all this while... this is for u ... i wont let u down again ...
